Post Interview With The Vampire
Well I was recommended this book lately and it's really fascinating, I had seen the movie before and now I'm sad that I had because apart from Kirsten Dunst's awesome performace the move does the book no justice at all imo...

I'm in an unusual state where I know what is going to happen (from watching the movie) but I don't how it's going to happen as it is so different from the book.

Anyone else read this book, see the movie, or have some thoughts about it? :) (without spoilers please hehe)

Well I just finished this one, phew, what an awesome book, and so many important plots completely missing from the movie :o

There was many occasions watching the movie when I wondered why someone was acting a certain way or did some action that seemed a bit random, but after reading the book I understood through the missing plots why things happened the way they did. The movie was still definitely very cool but if someone is interested in both I highly recommend the book first.

Now on to the next in the series (and this time I won't know what's going to happen ahead of time \o/ lol).

Yea one thing thats good with reading the novels instead of watching the movie itself is that only 75% of the book is in the movie and you gotta read the novel to get the whole plot

just look at The Exorcist, the novel has alot more info than the movie

I gotta agree with u, haven't read the Exorcist book but yeah, most times the book has some extra stuff that the movie didn't include.

The one occasion I have seen so far that it was not true was I found the book "The Secret Garden" to be portrayed even better as a movie than in book form, with more imagery and such.
